The Commander's Intent model acts as a basis for our consultants to autonomously develop their own plans, thoughts and strategy and transform thought into action, all while maintaining the overall intention of the client/ business owner.
Stakeholder Capitalism
Stakeholder capitalism is a system in which organisations are oriented to serve the interests of all their stakeholders. Among the key stakeholders are customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders and local communities.
Under this system, an organisation's purpose is to create long-term value and not to maximise profits and enhance shareholder value at any and all costs, particularly to the detriment of other stakeholder groups.
